Coast operates five different levels of housing programs and a vocational rehabilitation program. In the 90's we developed the low barrier Mental Health Resource Centre expanding it’s services to arts, recreation, peer support and a wide range of vocational services.

We have a generous time off plan to balance out work and life including: vacation, sick days, and personal days.
Casual Staff receive a percentage of their salary in lieu of benefits. Casual Staff can participate in the Employee and Family Assistance program.
